wars are in are nature they also lead to new tech being made jet engines are one example but it also brings out the darkest parts of who we are humans are a violent bunch we cant change that

War brought the US economy out of debt before and world war II lead to many new discoveries and innovations. The cold war lead to the internet. THink.

They happened quicker then they would have traditionally. Transistors were only built as a product of the cold war. All this technology would have taken years and years to actually happen if there wasn't much war currently due to lack of funding/interest.
