War develops the technology. War unites the people of both sides. War brings sense to our lives. Humanity has no sense without wars. It's our physiology. Hippies know nothing about our world. Instead of smoking weed and talking things I'd better grab my rifle and go kill my country's enemies. My country can't live without wars. Someone always tries to conquer us. But we always fight back, sooner or later. Because we've been through so much wars that any country would be destroyed. We have the most powerful bombs. We have the most reliable rifles. We have the best war trucks. We have the deadliest helicopters. We have the fastest planes. I've seen at least four armed conflicts in my entire life, and I don't think that we could fight without being a men of war.
You would think another way if you were born here (in Russia). I'm not bloodthirsty. I don't support wars. But if every fucking ten years someone starts another war with you, sooner or later you will understand. Two Chechen wars and 2008 conflict at least, and now - another hotspot just near our border (Donbass conflict). So I'd better study my weapons instead of crying "no more war pleazeeeee" because noone will listen.
No one had to say you were mad, I just read in between the lines. If you dislike the concept or practice of war enough to broadcast it, that, in combination with your initial over-defensive initial reply, and the fact that war exists in spite of your opinions on it, implies to me that you may be upset.
Yes, there are stupid questions. But your right. I am upset when I see how some people have no idea what their talking about. Maybe because too many of my friends blood has been spilt for people I find that don't deserve it. You got to go to the dark places to know. Peace only comes if you got the biggest gun. But I've said too much. So in all earnestly go about your day and be merry.Shalom.
There are no stupid questions, I don't think it's your place to determine who does or does not deserve to have others fight for them, and for someone who was so eager to correct my spelling earlier, your grammar is sub-par.
I agree war is hell and not all wars are justified nor should some of them be supported but war is an integral part of human nature and so long as there's a few people left in the word they're going to fight. I'd love it if we could all just lay down arms and agree to a permanent cease fire. However so long as there's one fucker with a gun ready to kill someone else we're gonna need better people with guns to put him down.
To quote Plato "Only the dead have seen the end to war"
I completely agree. I hate how war kills so many people. It hurts to know that people are dying both in the military and not. No one deserves to die because no one is truly evil, they just have a bad past.
In my opinion, war is never something to be supported or encouraged but when you really have no choice, I mean a question of either getting subjugated or fighting back, fighting a war would be the lesser of two evils. It's still an evil and I don't support it I'm simply saying that unless there is literally NO other option, sometimes war is necessary.
thats right but its not easy pulling a trigger and it does change the way you look at things here what killing someone feels like to me theres not one day i dont regret it but i would do it again what about you have you ever had to kill someone
War is a horrible thing that kills people but is it really a bad thing? War creates new technologies, stops the death of millions, and strengthens the survivors. You could even argue that it is natures way of human population control. I hate senseless war where people die with no plans of victory.
